Step 9: Completion Process (Week 8)

Motivation

With the Mentee for the specific Initiative selected, it is time to refresh and redirect our organization towards the acquisition and presentation of a new Initiative in need of a Mentee.

Procedure

1. Reset Mentorship Initiative GitHub page to receive new requests and Mentorship opportunities.
2. Set a five week reminder to check in with the Mentor and Mentee relationship and assess potential needs.
